Drive Angry Review/Comments

You should watch the movie. It's one of a kind. Not your typical kind of action movie. It's about a man who wants to get his revenge and rescue his grandchild. It's not entirely hardcore action because there are some "supernatural" elements too. Actually, this is my kind of action movie. So that's my review, 7 out of 10 stars. So the following sentences will contain SPOILERS and irrelevant stuff so don't read if you wanna watch it.

Initially i wasn't too thrilled to watch this movie because i don't really like Nicholas Cage. I liked him in Con Air but when his hair style started to look weird, i just find him an irritating action hero. I know he has balding problems. So instead of trying to make his hair look long with a very obvious receding hairline, he should just go 100% BALD. That way he will look like a bad ass action hero instead of a bad ass action hero with a disturbing hairdo. Look at Bruce Willis, he looks good bald then having semi hair.

But among all the Hollywood action heroes, i think only Nicholas Cage can play a "supernatural" action hero since he acted in Ghost Rider before. Keanu Reeves can be one too but he's too cute to have a crazy bad boy image like Cage. But i looooooooove him in Constantine.

So if i'm not wrong, Nicholas Cage plays a character that is already dead and is staying in hell but when he found out his daughter was killed and the daughter's baby is about to be sacrificed by a crazy ass cult leader, he gets out of hell to seek revenge and safe the baby. "The Accountant" is suppose to bring him back to hell (some kind of hell officer?. But i loooove the guy playing The Accountant. He's soooo funny and sarcastic. He's my most favourite character in that movie.

I gave the movie 7 stars because it's good but there was a really very very bloody stupid scene, like the one where he was having sex with a woman and then a bunch of guys enter the room to kill him so the scene was showing he's like hugging the naked woman while shooting and slicing his enemies. The scene sounds fimilar? It's the same stupid bloody scene from "Shoot Em Up" where Clive Owen did the same thing with Monica Belluci. What, is this kind of scene suppose to be SEXY? NO BLOODY WAY did it turn me on. I just want to die of embarrassment watching it.

Nice GORE too. Not to gory but still nice. Maybe need to download the movie online to get the version without censorship.

Suicide Over Rejected Love

It's not that i have no respect for other people's opinion, but sometimes some opinions are simply UNACCEPTABLE and STUPID. While there are some opinions which are not stupid but you just choose not to accept it because you believe in yours more.

So what kind of opinion is UNACCEPTABLE and STUPID?

Like when people say if it's not for religion, he'll commit suicide over some woman who rejected his love. Seriously people, is life all about LOVE? Is it about sacrificing your dignity over love? Do you think it's a NOBLE thing to kill yourself over rejected love or a failed relationship?

Regardless of religion, committing suicide is definitely STUPID, especially if it's over LOVE because a partner is always replaceable. I mean, if your partner doesn't appreciate you or rejects you, then just move on with your life and find someone new instead of dwelling in your pathetic rejected love misery. Yes, it MAY take ages for you to find someone that you will really love again but true love don't come easy. If that's what you are looking for anyway.

And really, what kind of people "like" a status where the person thinks committing suicide is an option over a rejected love? Do they actually support it or do they think it's so stupid that it deserved to be "liked"? Or perhaps they are just one of those crazies who will DO ANYTHING FOR LOVE.

At least committing suicide because you owe money from loan sharks is still reasonable since you are gonna get killed by them anyway if you don't pay up.

And there are a lot of stories where people committed suicide over failed relationship or rejected love. Like that recent incident where the chinese guy killed himself because of his failed relationship WHICH WAS ONLY LIKE 4 MONTHS OLD and before committing suicide he posted a notice on his facebook. Then the guy who drank poison because his ex gf was going to get married. God only knows whether he died or not but i think he did, can't remember the news.

I have this thinking that if a person is willing to do ANYTHING FOR LOVE for his/her partner, he/she probably have parents which are NOT THAT LOVING to him/her, thus seeing that his/her partner loves him/her more than the parent. Your parents looked after you 20 years ++ but when you get a partner who you are in a relationship for less than 5 YEARS, you are willing to give up your life for a person WHO DIDN'T EVEN DO MUCH FOR YOU?

I hope you can see how stupid it is to commit suicide because of love. This life is not some freaking fairy tale that emphasize love conquers all. There is more to life than love. And if you are gonna do stupid things for love, better don't love at all.

And as a woman, if i get a guy who says he's willing to kill himself because of me, i will immediately lose respect for him. I don't know, some people think that if they say they will commit suicide for that person he/she loves, the partner will think it's sooooo bloody noble and runs back to that person? Ha, not at all. It will look like that person is pathetic and can't move on. There goes all the respect for yourself.

Demonic Possession

Today i went to watch the horror movie The Rite, which is another exorcist kind of movie. It's more of a drama kind of movie rather than scaring off the audiences because if you want scary, you will still watch The Exorcist (the one with Linda Blair). I would say it's a good movie but not a scary one. Anthony Hopkins is soo fit for his age and a good actor.

But that's the problem with Demonic Possession/Exorcism movies, they all have something in COMMON. A priest that had lost his faith and eventually gets it back after seeing the devil in action. So it can be said that The Rite is another typical exorcism movie but with a good storyline. But my friend says it's boring, hehehe.

So why do devils possessed human beings? For fun? To give job opportunity to exorcists?

Once a thought crossed my mind whereby i was thinking, if you wanna know which religion is the truest, why not all the exorcists from every religion perform an exorcism to chase away the demon? Of course if your religion is "real", the devil will be truly afraid of the exorcism rituals.

However, if it's the devil's job to lead the humans to the wrong path, then he will just PRETEND to be afraid in every religion exorcism rituals. That way, humans will still be in confusion and as long as the exorcism works, humans will believe God is real and the religion is true.

Do i believe in demonic possession? Sometimes i do believe it could be just a mental illness or something.

What about the body of the possessed that can contort in weird angles? Have you heard of the "Rubber Man"? Rubber man is a person who's body (more like his limbs) is very very elastic. He can turn his arm like what, 360 degrees? Obviously he can't do that with his head. I've seen a few people who can do this on tv.

People always find it easy to give excuses like "The Devil talked to me", "The Devil told me to..." to cover their wrong doings or to stop people from thinking they are insane and instead they are being possessed.

Insane or demonic possession, only God knows because they seem to share something in common.

Animal Print Tops

If you have a fetish for animal print fashion, don't read this because you will probably get offended. This is just my personal view of animal print fashion/tops/dresses.


If you don't know what's an animal print top, let me show you some example :










Long long long time ago, i was interested with animal print tops. I was in a Guess shop once and i saw this animal print spaghetti top. I think was a Tiger/Leopard print. The price was RM 400 (just because it was made in ITALY and not in CHINA). RM 400 for a spaghetti top was ridiculous. So i asked my ex would i look like a SLUT/LOOK OLDER wearing it? He said NO. Then again,you can't trust a man's opinion because some men really like animal print tops because they find it sexy/wild.

Initially i did find animal print tops to be sexy. But somehow when i tried it on, i just FEEL CHEAP and OLD. So i never bought animal print tops.

Why do i feel animal print tops make a woman look old and cheap?

Old because most of the time those wearing animal print tops are women in their late 30's. Like the other day, i saw this woman who was in her 30's, wearing an animal print top. I'm not a fashion expert but why do some women tend to wear a "particular trend" once they hit a certain age? And my problem with this woman's fashion is that in addition to wearing an animal print top, she dyed her hair bronze brown or something (her skin was kindda dark, wear thick makeup, have sunglasses at the top of her head (hello, we are indoors), wearing boots. It's like an old woman trying to look young but only end up looking like a slutty old woman. Not sexy mature woman.

Try comparing the casts from "Desperate Housewives" with "The Real Housewives of Jersey Shore" (I don't watch The Real Housewives, it's just that i know how the characters look like because there are so many advertisements on it). Both of the casts involved older women. Both are sexy. The former is sexy with class while the latter is sexy slutty whorish.

Some younger women wear animal print tops not because it's sexy but it was made trendy and thus the animal print tops are designed in a non sexy way (usually if it's sexy it will be tight or in spaghetti top). But i don't like both.

And why do i say it look CHEAP? Well, i don't know if you have noticed it before but PROSTITUTES usually wear animal print tops. I don't know about Malaysian prostitutes but when i watch Hollywood movies, the prostitutes are usually dressed in animal prints. It's the same with fishnets. Prostitutes like wearing fishnets so you will think twice about wearing fishnets and how you match it with your dressing. Don't get me wrong, i do love fishnets but i will only get the black ones. Another thing about prostitutes is that they like to wear BRIGHT COLOURS from head to toe. Why? maybe to attract customers from far?

If we look good in animal print tops, i'm sure God will give us animal print skin.

2. the center of the total personality, especially with reference to intuition, feeling, or emotion.

Heart is a human organ. Most of the time, it's being drawn in LOVE shapes despite the fact that it doesn't look like one. The purpose of a heart in a human is that it gives you life, pumping blood for you to live. It's an important organ.

But the heart also means emotions. Happy, sad, worried, etc. Is there where your emotion lies? Scientifically it doesn't make sense but once when i had my heart broken it felt like someone stabbed my heart. I said it that way because i felt like something hit my heart.

But heart attack also occurs when someone is under stressed or over excited. So again, it relates back to emotions.

Yes, i'm crapping at the moment.

And self conflict happens when your heart wants one thing but your mind another. My mind overrules my heart because it's protective of it. It's like your mind is the "parent" while your heart is the "child". Heart is known to make foolish decisions while the mind might over think too much but rarely make the wrong decision. And even if it did make the wrong decision, it won't hurt but it will let opportunity slipped away.

Vegetarians v Meat Eaters

i'm NOT a Vegetarian and i'm PROUD to be a MEAT EATER coz it's DELICIOUS despite being HAZARDOUS to health if i overdo with the meat eating.

So why are some people vegetarians?

1. Spiritual purposes.
2. Health purposes.
3. Allergic to meats?
4. Love animals, Hate plants/vegetables/fruits

It has come to my attention there are many kinds of vegetarians. Some are strict vegetarians, some are flexible vegans (i'm gonna use this short term because spelling vegetarian is TOO LONG). If i'm not mistaken, flexible vegans can eat eggs?

I have nothing against vegans and i admire how they can resist eating meat BUT i do get annoyed when some vegans think they are better than meat eaters in the sense that they are more pure and humane. PETA seem to be giving out this kind of idea.

I love PETA when it comes to those anti fur campaigns or anti abusing animals but not when they try to brainwash you to be a vegan just because being a vegan is a healthier choice. You can be a healthy meat eater if you control the amount of meat that you eat.

Just because we kill animals for their meat, that doesn't mean we DON'T VALUE the LIFE OF ANOTHER BEING. It's survival of the fittest. Instinct to eat meat. Animals kill other animals for their meat. Can you make a tiger eat plants like cows?

Like i've said in my previous blogs, humans are built to eat meat. That's why we have CANINE TEETH. Why Tigers have sharp teeth? Just for deco? Why don't cows have canine teeth too?

If we eat meat, we slaughter them the right way. Not torture them before we kill them. Even animals don't do that. Predators go right for the sensitive spot to kill their prey (like the neck).

Vegans can find fault with meat eaters and say we are cruel because of the way we kill animals for consumption. That's what happen when you don't slaughter animals the right way. At this point, you must admire Islam for providing the right and humane way to slaughter animals for consumption.





Really? I've seen so many meat eaters who still can produce babies with their partners? In fact, i heard that meat eaters are more sexual.

Punctuality

Am i a punctual person? So far i've been punctual, only on one or two occasions where i'm late because i accidentally woke up late or someone made me late.

Talking about punctuality, why can't human beings be punctual? You ask them to meet at 12pm, they will come at 12.05pm or 12.10pm or 1 pm or God only knows how freaking long someone can make you wait. They would never come at 11.45am or 11.55am or 11.59 am. So if i were to ask them to come at 1pm, they will still come at 1.05pm or 1.10pm. Whatever it is, few mins of waiting is still reasonable PROVIDED it's not the whole time.

I'm talking about punctuality because in my family, i WILL ALWAYS BE THE ONE WHO'S ON TIME. I'm not bragging but it's a fact.

If it's between me, my bro and my father, i will be the one who's ready first, followed by my father than my brother. And i do apply some minimum makeup so that would take some time but yet i'm still on time. But what got me pissed off is that i already informed my brother that we are suppose to go out at 11am, but instead he SHOWERS at 11am and came down at 11.15pm. I don't care if it only takes you 2 mins to shower but the fact that you showered at 11am when the fact is that you are suppose to be ready by 11 am!! It shows either that :

1. You don't understand simple bloody English on timing.
2. Not disciplined.
3. Inconsiderate.
4. You have a fetish of making people wait for you.

Sometimes i can't help but be sarcastic to my dad about my brother putting on INVISIBLE MAKEUP.

And last time when my bitchy stepmom was still around, it took her forever to be ready because she needs to apply this and that makeup and whatever whitening face cream (as if she wasn't white enough). I get angry at her because when she's late, my dad will be pissed off. And when my dad is pissed off, the whole outing will be spoiled. If you are gonna take 1 hour to apply makeup, then do it much much earlier then!

And between me and my mother, my mother was also hardly on time. That i can't really blame her because it seems like she have gazillion chores to do, thus the delay in going out. This is another reason why i think my dad and mom aren't compatible with each other. And to be late because of chores is more acceptable than to be late because you choose to put on 20 inch makeup or to shower late.

I'm hardly mad at people for being late because sometimes they are late due to TRAFFIC. That's acceptable. But if i KNOW that you were LATE because you SHOWER LATE or any other UNREASONABLE EXCUSE than you will be in deep shit. Or that you overslept (if the frequent lateness is caused by oversleeping).

My style is that if i have a date at 8pm, i would take my shower at 6 45pm - 7pm and would be ready by 7 30pm. So yes, i'm already ready 30 mins in advance.

But i'm RETHINKING my style since nobody seem to appreciate my punctuality. Next time, i will be the late comer.

That Annoying Goody Two Shoes...

In life, there is this bunch of saintly people. Saintly in the sense that no matter how bad or evil things are, they are like SO BLOODY DAMN FORGIVING. Example :

you were cursing away because some a**shole stole your stuff. Then come Miss/Mr Saintly Goody 2 Shoes who says something like "we shouldn't curse such people. We must pray to God for God to lead them to the right path. There's a reason why your things were stolen"

There's a difference between being Optimistic and being Way Too Saintly.

Optimistic person would tell you "let the jackass rot in hell. On the bright side, you weren't hurt from the robbery/theft".

Way Too Saintly will start talking about religion and tells you to pray for the jackass so that God can guide him. Since the saint was a Muslim, my question is this : isn't the punishment for theft is chopping off the hands (is it one hand or both anyway?). Any jackass thief would be lucky they get cursed by those he steals from instead of being caught and have his hands chopped off!

This remind me of the time when i was being back stabbed and people told me i should forgive the bitch who back stabbed me. Forgive and Forget. Do you actually think it's so easy to forgive someone who stole your belongings, especially if it's EXPANSIVE? or to forgive someone who betrayed your trust? Who says nice things to your face but nasty things behind your back?

Yeah, it's nice to be the forgiving goody two shoes. People will look up at you, the fact that you have no hatred, your heart is so pure, you are so forgiving. Is this kind of concept even practical?

Will the goody two shoes forgive the backstabber or thief if the situation happened to them? What if a snatch theft incident happened to his/her family members and cause the death of that member? Can he still say that he will pray for the thief to be guided to the right path? Instead of cursing that murderous thief and hope severe punishment for him?

I'm a realistic person. I get angry and revengeful when someone did something bad to me. So far i've never carried out any of my revenge but i wish bad things happen to those who did me wrong. Don't expect me to pray for God to lead him to the right path because i believe, as a HUMAN ADULT, God have given you INTELLIGENCE to think what's RIGHT and BAD. You simply want to do the bad things because it's the easy way and the fact that you keep on doing it because you never get caught.

A Dying/Dead Cat Dream...

Last night i had a dream about a cat, whereby i was holding a dead cat (it seems like the cat died of old age since it was big and fat and the fact that when the cat was given to me, it was already dead).

Yeah, that made me cried. I was crying in my dream then i realized i was crying for real too. And i was crying hard. It's not like i never cried in real when i'm dreaming but usually it will just end up with me sobbing.

I always have a fascination with dreams. So i googled up what does a dying cat dream means because so far whenever i have a dream about cats, the cats will be alive. And i found an interpretation which i think relate to my current life :

This is a very positive dream. It may not have felt good, but trust me it's very good.

The cats are symbols for self-deception. Lies you tell yourself. It could be anything. Sexual illusions, feeling sorry for yourself or for others, or just anything you believe that comforts you but isn't true.

So a cat dying is a very good sign, but it means you are starting to become more aware and comfortable with the truth in your life. More independent.

The bad news is you still got more of these illusions in your life, but the dream seems to be pointing to the fact that they are leaving your mind (trying to get out of your house).

So if there are positive changes you have made to your life recently, or new kinds of thoughts you have then keep going in that direction. You want to have more dreams like this.


I found other interpretations too but it seems irrelevant since most people dreamed their pet cat dying. The cat in my dream wasn't mine.

I wonder if i was dreaming of strangling someone, will i end up strangling my partner sleeping next to me? heheheheh.

An OLD person, a HANDICAPPED and a PREGNANT woman

A handicapped person.
A pregnant woman.

What does all three of these people have in COMMON? These are people who you must give your seats to if you are in a public transport. These people have PRIORITY OVER YOUR SEATS. But among these 3, who will have more priority?

During my flight from Dubai to KL, there was an elderly couple in their 60's sitting next to me. One of the flight attendants was PREGNANT. I'm not sure how many months but maybe above 5 months since her tummy was obvious.

So i observed the old guy asking the pregnant woman to get his bag from the above compartment.

At this point, it made me think, who had more priority, an old man or a pregnant woman? The old man wasn't that fragile old looking. In addition, he's a MAN. And the flight attendant is a PREGNANT WOMAN who is probably in her mid term pregnancy.

It's in my opinion that the pregnant woman should have more priority. I mean the old man should just take the bag himself. Don't guys like to give the impression they are still strong even though they are old? I know it's the flight attendant's job to do what's reasonably requested by the passengers but be a little considerate towards a pregnant flight attendant.

Later, about 20 mins before landing, i saw this one woman who was freaking busy putting makeup on her face. It was distracting because she took out all her makeup products from her makeup bag such as the liquid foundation, lipstick, eyeshadow, blusher etc. I have no prob with her putting on her 20 inch makeup but while she was occupied with looking like a clown, the pregnant flight attendant informed her to put her large handbag in the above compartment.

Told her once, the clown didn't listen. Told her the second time, the clown still didn't listen. I saw the annoyed look on the flight attendant's face. The flight attendant was standing nearby, as if waiting for the clown to put up her handbag. In the end, another flight attendant had to put up that handbag because the clown was too busy to be bothered to do what was requested nicely by the flight attendant. What a bitch of a clown. You should see her face difference before and after putting on the makeup. Damn, her clownish makeup was bloody thick. Do some women actually realize that when they put that thick of a makeup they only end up looking like a transvestite?

So today i took the bus from my place to the Curve. There weren't that many people in the bus. I saw 3 children below the age of 5 who were sitting and they were accompanied by 3 adults. One of the adult puts her bags on the empty seat next to her. What's my problem with the pic?

1. I like children but i really don't like misbehaved children. misbehaved = rude, can't sit still when told to do so, running here and there like monkeys etc. So in this current case, the children can't sit quietly even when the parents told them to. Why are children given priority to seat? Because if they stand, they might fall since the bus might suddenly stop and you will be thrown slightly forward . So if you don't sit down PROPERLY, might as well you don't seat at all since you are gonna fall anyway.

2. bags don't have butts, so they don't need a bloody seat. You can only put your stuff on a seat next to you if really the bus isn't that packed. Halfway through our destination, the bus started to pick up many people but yet the woman didn't bother to put the bags on the floor.

3. Why don't parents just let their child SIT ON THEIR LAPS? That way, you still provide seats to other people and your child will seat properly and by you holding them, they won't fall.


I would like to point out that a person who carries many things should have priority over the seats too, meaning, if some old,handicapped or pregnant person needs a seat, that person with many things shouldn't be forced to give up her/his seat just because some inconsiderate jackass/bitch that doesn't carry many things or carry nothing at all refused to give up his/her seat.

Drowning in your Sorrows

Love isn't everything, especially if your DIGNITY is at stake.

Some people are willing to leave their family in order to be with someone that they love. They would run away with the lover or commit suicide with the lover. God only knows why they do such a thing but my theory is that the parents probably did't love the person as much as that person's lover love him/her. If you were never that close with your family, i think it's easier to make a decision against your family.

I'm close with my parents so i doubt i will give my lover more priority unless my parents' decision is UNREASONABLE. Why family more priority? They look after you since you were a child while your lover looks after you in your 20's/30's (depending when you get married).

I get very annoyed when people become and allow themselves to become victims of love by begging for a REJECTED love or doing stupid things in the name of love. Why pursue someone that doesn't love you? Some people are influenced by stupid love movies and stupid love movies send you the lame message that it's a NOBLE THING to do. How so?

Romeo and Juliet. Why nobody condemn them for committing suicide? Islam and Christian clearly states that it's a sin to commit suicide. But putting religion aside, don't you feel angry if you, as a parent, had a child who committed suicide because of love? Oh, just because they can't be together is it necessary to take your own life? But nooooo, instead of calling them a stupid couple, people think it's TRUE LOVE and HOPE THEY CAN FINALLY BE TOGETHER now that they are dead and no one to stop them from loving each other.

Some think it's a "noble" thing to wait for the love of your life to acknowledge your pathetic existence and finally accept your love after the love of your life is "done" enjoying dating various people and to realize you were in fact the only one meant for him/her. If you don't do this, it means you have GIVEN UP. If you do this, means it's TRUE LOVE and people will go "aaawww" at your patience and tolerance.

It's not like i've never been heartbroken but i don't declare my sadness to the world for the world to be sympathetic to me. So instead i condemn the bastard. Condemn makes you STRONGER. Let your hard feel the sadness and cope with the sadness for awhile but don't let the sadness spread to your face and mind.

I think this whole condemnation of mine towards rejected or one sided love arise from an experience where i have to witness a person being pathetic in love, trying to get back the love that was lost. Obviously the other person wasn't interested anymore but he/she couldn't take no for an answer. So the whole situation was just sad and pathetic that it made me so damn angry at the fact that why can't this person just face reality. i felt sad because this person was close to me. Maybe because of this, i will never pursue love which is one sided. It's a waste of time and a slap to your dignity.

In school, the Muslims will take the "Agama" class while the non Muslims will take "Moral" class. I always thought that this was UNFAIR since moral class was much much easier than agama class. There's a lot to cover for agama class especially if you are weak in writing and understanding JAWI (luckily my time there's no jawi writing). Then there's the memorizing of Surahs. Which sometimes can be pretty tough if you don't get the easier surahs. But there are some parts of the agama exams that are easier, like the "Aqidah" section because it uses a lot of Common Sense and some memorizing. During SPM i was aiming for an A in agama since i usually get As but i only end up getting a B3. Damn i was disappointed. Either Allah must be angry at me or my paper was being sent to a Terengganu/Kelantan marker.

With the moral classes, they teach you general moral things. Nothing religious at all. It would be more challenging if they have to memorize some of their own religious teachings or history/stories. But it always made me wonder why the non Muslims don't have their very own religious classes like the Muslims such as Christian, Hindu and Buddhism.

If such classes were introduced, would the exam be compulsory or non compulsory or will it just be an extra curricular activity? Then they would need to come up with the syllabuses and exam questions which may not be that easy. If this becomes compulsory, what will happen to those who are not Christian, Hindu or Buddhist?

The way i see it, such classes can either be non compulsory or an extra curricular activity. But it can't be an extra curricular since you already have such Clubs. And such clubs don't really give you exam tests on the religion. Hence, non compulsory?

And it should be introduced into government schools and government should support it. 1 Malaysia rite?

2. Are such classes necessary?

Why not? You are learning your own religion anyway right? It teaches you moral values and the stories of your religion, so what's wrong with that? This is even more important now since moral values have been declining in society.

3. No need to have it in government school, you can do it at your religious centers.

Some may say that, but there must be a reason why religious classes are still being held in government schools for the Muslims despite the fact that they have their own religious centers and tuition outside of schools. Double dosage of religious classes perhaps? Besides, the "outside" religious classes are non compulsory and you can choose whether to send your child there or not. Regardless of that, your child will still get religious teachings at school even if you don't send them to such centers or tuition.

4. Every ideas must have NEGATIVE FEED BACKS

Some may argue why use government money to pay for such classes? Hey, aren't you being selfish? Others do pay taxes too you know.

Afraid the Muslim children might be influenced by other religion? Why do i think of this? Well, when i was in college, the Christian club would be very active in their activities and they will be giving out pamphlets to invite people to their activities. But there will be a disclaimer in the pamphlets stating Muslims are not allowed. Not that i'm interested with their activities but i was more interested with the disclaimer. What are you so afraid of? You think by showing a movie about Christianity the Muslims will be influenced by it? It simply shows how you have no faith in the strength of faith among your kind. As a protection? Well, i can understand that but if a person is in doubt, he would be asking around for answers and if you truly believe that what you believe in is right, you can answer those questions of doubts. This will even make you understand your religion better instead of following something blindly.

So i asked a friend what's with the disclaimer and she told me it's government policy. I guess she's right because you don't have non muslim religious channels on the tv and radio. That my dear friends, is what you call Christiano phobia. And you think the non muslims simply come up with such word to be over dramatic?

All these overly protection but yet you still hear many stories Muslims converting to other religion. Why does it still happen then?


Kindly don't think that i'm a hypocrite to my religion because i'm not. The facts present before me shows unfairness and i don't like it. If it's a strict policy that other religions can't practice their religion that freely, just be honest and say so instead of accusing them of wanting to convert the Muslims or having some other evil hidden agenda (because most of the time i hear this). There are instances where i do think some non muslim MIGHT have hidden agenda, like the use of "Allah". This i find more dangerous than having a a non Islamic religious channels on tv, radio or at schools.

Besides, the school's classes are far cheaper than the outside ones.

Before reading this entry, please read the two links above to get a grasp of what kind of message i'm trying to convey here.

Firstly, i'm a Muslim. Just because i support the Christians, doesn't mean i'm one of them or i have the intention to convert. Well, i'm surrounded by Muslims and some seem to have the idea that Christians are out there to destroy Muslims, convert Muslims into their religion, have hidden religous agenda, etc. And let's not forget about that X Mas incident where after sooooo many bloody years, suddenly there's an issue that Muslims can't celebrate X Mas? That statement isn't even right because Muslims don't celebrate it, they just go to family X Mas events because of invitation.

And how did the idea of "Islamopohibia" cam into existence? Many thanks to the terrorists. Majority of non Muslims out there probably think that Islam is a religion of violence.

We all have our conspiracy theories. And these theories seem realistic because of the circumstances that are actually happening.

Anyway, that article was referring to the VIDEO by an Ustazah who was talking why the celebration of Valentine's Day is HARAM.

Right now, i have no bf, so even if i support V Day, i don't see what benefits it brings me? So i doubt my opinion will be biased. My opinion is simply this : it's ok to celebrate V Day as long as you don't do things against Islamic values, like having wild sex just because you want to celebrate how beautiful is your so called love, partying, being alone together (like the video says) or whatever other immoral acts.

Is it wrong to give presents to your love one and to give him/her a card?

To begin with, there are too many versions on the ORIGIN of V Day that you don't even know which is REAL. Funny thing is that, this St Valentine is a PRIEST, so how can he be in love with a WOMAN? Only Pastor can get married and have children.

Over the years, the concept of V Day has changed drastically (if you are actually believing each of the theories on the origin of V Day). It has changed so much, that i don't see any Christianity values in it at all. To me, it looks just like a day where you CELEBRATE LOVE, as how there are days where you celebrate FRIENDSHIP, MOTHERS, FATHERS etc. Do you see any religious symbols during V Day? All i see are hearts here and hearts there.

And yes, that Ustazah did in fact INSULT the CHRISTIANS when she said : "tradisi bg masyarakat beragama Kristian, bukan agama Islam macam tu" a.k.a tradition by Christians and not Muslims.

You see, this is the problem with SOME MALAYS. Why can't they see that all religions ask their followers to do good things? It's the people who TAINTED the religion by doing IMMORAL THINGS. Immoral things happened because of human beings and their culture.

You think Christianity promote ADULTERY? OUT OF WEDLOCK SEX?

Of course not but these stuff happens among Christians because they simply don't want to follow the teachings of the religion. There are some Muslims who do these immoral things but that doesn't mean Islam encourage them to do it.

Western cultures are to be blamed for this. Because majority of them are Christian, we think Christianity allow all those immoral acts. WE FORGET the simple fact that people just refused to follow the teachings of religion, thus the immoral acts being done openly and publicly.

So yes, the Ustazah's statement was so wrong and if the Christans demand an apology, she SHOULD APOLOGIZED. She said the immoral things are Christian's tradition. What she should have said is that it's the PEOPLE'S TRADITION. The WESTERN people's tradition. That's what happened when you can't tell the DIFFERENCE between RELIGION and CULTURE/TRADIITON.

Just think, now in Malaysia there is a high rise of baby dumping. Majority are Malay babies. Is it fair to say it's Islamic tradition to dump babies? Definitely wrong! Don't attack the religion for the wrongdoing's of the offender. It's the culture and mindset of the person that is to be blamed.

Celebrating V Day

What i like about Valentine's Day is the decorations, cards and the soft toys they sell for that occasion. It's cute. The other day i saw a teddy bear with devil horns holding a love that says something about V Day. Maybe because i like the colour red, so i get excited when i see these cute stuff in red.

Would i celebrate V Day if i have a bf? Hmm not really. Maybe celebrate it privately but won't go to the malls since there will be a lot of people and the restaurants will probably be full and i have no intention to see couples over doing PDAs (Public Display of Affection).

I think some women who are in relationship do feel the pressure of V Day, trying to compete with one another as in who get more roses or bigger presents. Thus probably hoping their partner will send those things to their office or give those stuff when they go out so she can carry them around for the public to see. I love big teddy bears but i definitely won't carry one around me, it's embarrassing. Just sent it home immediately or put it in the car.

Bfs and husbands probably want to avoid going out during V Day since they would be pressured to buy the flowers/candies/toys being sold openly in malls. There will probably be some idiot walking around with a basket of roses trying to spot couples and pressure the guy to buy the roses.

V day is in fact harmless, but there are idiots out there who think that having out of wedlock sex on V Day is EXTRA SPECIAL (as if they don't have sex on other occasions?). Thus this make religious authorities think V Day is evil where people will do immoral acts.

Today i went to JPN (Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara) with my dad because he has to make a new IC since his was stolen.

So there was this one department where people would register to get married and divorce (since it says PERKAHWINAN & PERCERAIAN). So i saw many couples taking pics because there's this flowery decoration stand for you to take pics. And there was this couple who hold their wedding certificate (i think that's it since it's in A4 size) and took a pic together smiling.

So it made me think, would ex couples hold a divorce certificate (or probably a letter verifying they are divorced) and take a picture together? They should. It's a celebration of going through the pain and suffering endured during the marriage. And probably a real success if the marriage was like more than 10 years old which finally ended up in a divorce.

Some TV Dramas are Simply Stupid

Sometimes i get the golden opportunity to be AMUSED by stupid tv dramas when i go to eat at restaurants like the mamak or any malay restaurants.

Like today, i was eating at a malay restaurant and on tv, they were showing some stupid Indonesian drama. I find all Indonesian dramas are stupid, especially those with stupid fairy tale kind of storyline with those bad special effects.

Not only is the drama stupid, but irritating. Why is it irritating? They like to ZOOM RIGHT INTO the actor's/actress's face especially when the facial expression is showing they are SHOCKED/SNEERING/OVERWHELM BY SADNESS. As if by zooming it will be extra dramatic.

Tamil tv dramas are even more irritating (i don't watch, but i happen to surf through the channels when i'm bored). They like to ZOOM the actor's/actress's face too, but to be more super dramatic, they zoom it SEVERAL TIMES (as if one time is not enough). WTH?

Malay tv dramas are almost like Indonesian tv dramas. All they talk about is love, love and love, relationships, who likes who, who tries to sabotage the love of whoever, rich guy meets poor girl, or vice versa. The love will be the major plot of the story while there will be some minor plots like taking over somebody's company or trying to inherit as much property as possible. Malay tv dramas are soooo into "datuks" and "datins". How do i know all these if i don't watch? Hell, whenever i happen to be watching these dramas on tv when the restaurants are playing it, they will always talk about love relationships.

When i was younger, i love to watch this kind of crap because i want my favourite character to be in love with the other person. But i outgrown them, due to boredom and the fact that it's a waste of time to be talking about relationship 24/7. Do we actually do that in real life? So obsessed with our relationship and others' as well?

Some western tv dramas are like that too, especially soap operas. I used to like watching The Bold and The Beautiful but as the plots becomes of stupid and ridiculous, i just lost interest. There was this whorish character that sleeps with everyone, including her daughter's husband. And her daughter can easily forgive her? And to make it more ridiculous is that there was an in vitro fertilization that went wrong when the mother's ovum was mixed up with the daughter's, resulting in the mother's ovum being assimilated with the daughter's husband's sperm.

I love Grey's Anatomy because they have good script but the characters keep on having sex and keep on changing partners and it's irritating. Sex really do sell. You can't make the show interesting without involving sex?

I think i just hate shows that concentrates too much on the human's emotions.

The Tainted London Holiday

THE PLAN

My dad was going to have a meeting in London so i decided to follow him. So it will be work for him and holiday for me and him too. It was suppose to be a one week trip until the fucked up incident happened.

THE FUCKED UP INCIDENT

We reached the Heathrow airport and took the tube to Glouchester because our hotel was in that area. Once we recahed Glouchester, we have probs looking for the stupid hotel. We asked a few people but they seem not to know where is the hotel.

While busy trying to look for the hotel, the motherfucking bald bastard approached us and asked something which we couldnt understand. Then he left. That's when we noticed that one of our luggage was MISSING.

When we were distracted by the fucker, my dad accidentally let go of the other luggage and it seems that's how that other fucker (this was a syndicate) stole the other luggage. God, just thinking about it again makes me SO DAMN BLOODY ANGRY. I seriously wish i can kill that motherfucker bastard!

THE STOLEN STUFF

A large amount of money was stolen, my dad's identity card, his driving license, credit cards and 2 laptops (one is mine and the other was my dad's). My dad had stored all the important documents in the bag. Luckily his passport wasn't in the bag.

As for my things, there goes my laptop, hard disk, hp charger, camera charger and MY CIVIL LAW TEXT BOOK!!!! Argh now i have to photostat it from someone because one day i might need it as a reference. Luckily i didn't store my Nintendo DS in the bag. I put it in a pouch together with the charger in my handbag.

THE DECISION

My dad and i were traumatized by the incident. We felt lost. All my dad's money which he planned to spend in London was gone and so were his credit cards. But luckily, he had some money in pounds in his other wallet so we could survive for awhile.

We eventually managed to find that fucking damn stupid hotel after walking around with people giving us contradicting directions. At the hotel, my dad asked me what i wanted to do. I felt sorry for him. And i feel like crying when he apologized that we can't buy the things. Honestly, the last thing on my mind was shopping and all i wanted to do was to go back to Malaysia.

I told my dad that the better option was to go back to Malaysia, if possible, that day itself. Why?

1. We have less than 600 pounds. Hotel room per nite per room was 100 pounds and we are getting 2 rooms.

2. We have no battery charger. Luckily my dad managed to call Maybank to cut his Maybank credit cards.

3. No camera since the charger was stolen.

4. Need to save the money for more important stuff and definitely we can't spend it to go sight seeing which cost $$$.

And if i were my dad, i rather go home because i won't be at peace thinking that my identity card is gone and there is little money left. So after thinking, my dad says that it's better to go home.

We had to stay overnight at the hotel since we booked it. Luckily they were understanding enough not to charge us for 1 whole week for the booking.

So we just spent the whole night in the room. Can't afford to go any where and plus we were not in the mood to go traveling after what had happened.

That night, i have never felt so DAMN DEPRESSED. Felt like wanting to talk to someone and seeking comfort but can't do so. I even dreamt that our stolen stuff were returned to us. Unfortunately that was only a dream.

And that night, i was woken up because some idiot tried to enter my room and the door knob was making sound. I was kindda disoriented but i was hoping they would go away. To make matters worse, there is no hole on the door for me to see who was outside and there was no door chain at all. So opening the door was out of the question. So i asked loudly who's there.

That's when the idiot realized that he had the WRONG ROOM. Must be a drunken idiot.


ME, TRAUMATIZED?

Yes, i was traumatized. Coz if im not, i wouldn't dream that we get the stuff back. I wouldn't keep on asking 'WHAT IF'. What if we hadn't look like lost tourists which makes us easy targets? What if we never talked to that motherfucker? What if we were MORE AWARE of our surroundings? What if what if what if.

I admire my father for being a real man because he was still optimistic despite this incident and said that one day we will return and be more careful. in my head, my mind was going f8cked london. i hate this bloody place. But when i see how friendly the English people were, i guess my heart soften a little.

By the way, the fucker bastard was probably a eastern european son of a bitch. And it seems that it's the non english people that are causing problems in london. Like few days before my trip, i read in the papers about a Malaysian girl who was gang raped by some Russian men.

My dad's optimism made me stronger in handling this matter. A guy can panick, but he can't be more panicky or equally panicky as the girl. he needs to control the situation. And that's what my dad did and i thank him for that.


THE POLICE STATION

We did make a report at the police station. I asked the police whether can we have the CCTV checked out but the idiot says that the police are occupied with a missing persons case so that have more priority than stolen properties. The place where the incident took place isn't even that far from the police station and the obese idiot can't even spare his time to look at the cctv?

MY WISH

I wish that the motherfucker idiot dies a horrible death or suffer many bad things and i wish the same thing will happen to his family. That fucker brought misery to me and my father and it's only fair if his family suffers the same. I wish KARMA finds this bastard and bring bad consequences to his family so that he realize that before he plans to do something bad to other people, think about what if bad things were to happen to his family as well.

My principle in life is pretty simple, you don't burden me, i don't burden you. If you mess with me, i'll make you you will suffer terribly. SO DIE YOU MOTHERFUCKER THIEF! I'm no Mother Theresa who is very loving and forgiving and probably merciful.

DID I EVEN ENJOY LONDON?

Not really. But i'm glad i got the opportunity to be in Airbus 380, the biggest plane that is available now. It was cool :-D. The flight was from London to Dubai. Enjoyed the flight. Oh and i also manage to buy my favourite perfume, Britney Spears Midnight Fantasy for half price. In Malaysia, it will be RM 150 but the one i bought in UK was RM 60. Even the Victoria Secret perfumes are much much cheaper than in Malaysia.

Hospice is like kindergarten (life cycle)

Dictionary.com says :

Hospice : a nursing home that specializes in caring for the terminally ill.

Kindergarten : a class or small school for young children, usually between the ages of four and six to prepare them for primary education.

I was watching CNN(my dad had it switched on), so there was an interview with a woman who works at a hospice in China (if i'm not mistaken) and she says that hospice for old people is like kindergarten for children. She has a point.

Old people are old. Children are young. The similarities that they share is that both need the supervision of a capable adult to look after them. Basically, these people can't look after themselves.

When you are an infant/child, your parents look after you. Then you become an adult. And when your parents become older, you have to look after them. So the hospice worker was right, it's a life cycle.

But when adult children send their elderly parents to hospice/old folks home, people accused the children of being UNGRATEFUL. Honestly, this is not always the case.

Can parents be considered ungrateful for sending their children to live with their in laws because they don't have the time to look after the children? Are parents not good parents if they let the maids look after the child 24/7? The only time they have with the child is during the weekends, when they are not working.

In the case of adult children, they need to work now that their parents are old. If their parents are very sick, then hospice would be the better option because at least they get a 24/7 medical attention. Old folks home isn't that bad because at least the elderly parent can interact with other old people, unless they prefer to stay at home alone and wait until their children get back to entertain them, but that also depends whether the child is tired or not. It's life cycle actually.

Now, unless you are a healthy old person who have hobbies of your own, then that's another story. Of course the child should allow the parent to live with them (but usually the parent will be staying in her/his own house).

It depends why a an adult send his/her parent to a hospice/old folks home. If it's to get rid of the parent because the parent is burdensome, than that's so wrong. If it's because they need constant care/attention, then that should be ok, provided the child visits the parent occasionally.

Sometimes old people get neglected. So does children.

Sick & Twisted

Today i read in the news about a man who got 80 years imprisonment for raping his daughter. To make it worse, he rapes the underage daughter in front of his wife. The wife couldn't stop him because he would abuse her. But eventually she pleaded help from the neighbor to call the police.

Some people are not worth becoming a husband or father. If i'm not mistaken, this guy has like more than 5 children.

Didn't the wife see the signs of her husband perversion?

Incest happens because :

1. the man is naturally a pervert who probably wants to rape everything with a hole.

2. children are easy victims. You have power over them and they stay under the same roof with the rapist. Don't have to waste time looking for female victims outside.

3. wife depriving husband of sex, hence the perverted husband turns to the children.

4. Why waste money on prostitute and waste effort trying to get girls to sleep with u when the children are the easiest targets?

Mothers play a role in protecting their children, including protecting them against a perverted abusive husband/father.

But the problem with incest is that sometimes the children don't know what the parent is doing to them, hence the silence. Or sometimes FEAR prevent them from seeking help.
