I quote a paragraph from the link above :

Never watch the play but the description of it is enough to turned me off. I am against LBGT (lesbian, bisexual, gay & transexual) but this play is not one of the methods to overcome the homosexuality problem in Malaysia that is becoming more rampant and open in Malaysia.

Plays like this will provoke the gay rights activist even more and paint a bad picture on religion. It's so wrong to associate homosexuality with party, drugs and casual sex. Hell, a lot of straight people party, do drugs and casual sex.

And seriously strike by lightning? If you want people to take your message seriously, don't be over dramatic. There are a lot of gays and lesbians out there (muslims) yet you don't see them get strike by lightning.

When educating someone on something that is deem "wrong" or "immoral", we got to explain why it's wrong. Not put them in fear thinking that's the only way they will get to the right path.

My opinion is based on the fact that I do not support gay and lesbian marriage. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. We can't always get what we want in life.

Above are the news and video link to the incident where a Malay guy openly confessed that he's gay and proud of it.

I've been wanting to blog about this 2 days ago while the news is still hot but i was having writer's block and i didn't have a comfortable place to blog (busy moving so currently i'm blogging with my laptop on the stool and i'm sitting on the floor and it's hurting my back).

What can you conclude from this video based on what the gay dude is saying?

1. It's hard being gay in Malaysia, especially if you are a MUSLIM (when you are a Malay, it's implied you are a Muslim).

Do tell me, is Islam the only religion that says being a homosexual is a SIN? Islam and Christian tells the story of Prophet Lut/Lot, whereby during his time God turned the world upside down to punish those who practice homosexual lifestyle after the wrongdoers refused to listen to the prophet as the messenger of God. I'm not going to lecture you on religion but since the guy brought religion up, it's only FAIR that i do so.

Let's be truthful, it seems like Muslims are more AGGRESSIVE when it comes to religion and God. We don't like it when people make fun of our religion and neither do we like it when some Muslim suddenly want to be SO BLOODY OPEN and GO AGAINST THE TEACHING OF THE RELIGION OPENLY. We show our anger and some Muslims even go to extend of giving death threats (which i think in certain cases is way too extreme).

I'm not saying other followers don't care about their religion but perhaps they are more laid back, more on forgiving perhaps? Perhaps that is caused by the Western culture. I've seen so many cartoons and even shows making fun of Jesus. I personally think it's wrong, sorry if my sense of humor sucks. I don't like it if people make fun of my family, what more my religion?

Yes, to some of you non muslims out there, you probably think we OVER REACTED when we Muslims become angry when somebody draw a picture of Prophet Muhammad with the bomb on his head or when a Muslim killed the guy who made a very degrading video on Islam (he damn deserved it) BUT we are just showing over strong disapproval. If we just keep quiet, people will be MORE DARING to insult the religion even more. If your child did something wrong, do you, as a parent just keep quiet and let him continue doing that wrong thing? No. You must scold him and punish him, only then he will learn and won't dare repeat the same mistake.

Islam also believe in forgiving, but before you can forgive someone, sometimes punishment in necessary so other people won't dare repeat the same mistake.


2. It's hard being gay in Malaysia because of culture and religion.

Duh, one of Malaysia's RUKUN NEGARA is "Kepercayaan kepada Agama" a.k.a "Believe in Religion". So Religion have more priority than whatever damn human right you want to claim that contradicts the religion. I have to thank my dad for telling me this. He was explaining this to me in regards to why gay marriages in Malaysia shouldn't be allowed.


AM I AGAINST GAY?

Be gay all you want but do it privately. Don't go around telling people it's ok to be gay because it isn't. Even if you don't believe in religion, COMMON SENSE tells you that gay is just against HUMAN NATURE because only sex between a man and woman can produce a child. That's how the system is suppose to work. You know something is WRONG when it DOESN'T WORK. Being gay is all about LUST. Sex out of wedlock is wrong but yet people do it. It is caused by lust. But you can't go around telling people and encouraging people it's OKAY TO HAVE SEX OUT OF WEDLOCK. neither do you encourage people and tell people it's okay to have child out of wedlock. Yes, these things happen even if it's wrong but telling people it's ok is not right.

YOU THINK THESE GAYS WANT TO BE GUIDED TO THE RIGHT PATH?

People can't help you unless you help yourself. If you demand society to accept you into society as a gay, you demand the government to give rights to gay and allow gay marriages, how will all these indicate you want to be guided to the right path?

Allowing all these are just encouraging them to be further from the right path because you are giving them what they want.

IF YOU ACKNOWLEDGE GAY, YOU ARE JUST SPREADING THE "DISEASE"

You think i will be happy if one day i have a son and he chooses to be gay because gay is no longer taboo in society and it's a norm? What's happening now in this world is that whatever bad things that is taboo ages ago have been a norm. Like transvestite and having child out of wedlock. These have become norms. If you do any of these, there won't be shame because it's accepted in society TODAY.

If gay becomes a norm, people who won't do it might do it because it's a normal thing, nothing to be embarrass about.

This is Malaysia. Respect the cultures and religions. Do bad things privately until you get caught and then you face the consequences, don't force society to accept your "bad thing".

This gay guy and people who support him are just stupid idiots. Were they born yesterday? Don't expect to come up with something as stupid as this and declare it openly without getting death threats or harsh criticisms. And then have the nerve to say Malaysians aren't open or too conservative or Muslims are violent. Screw you and your way too liberal immoral values.

The Era of Gays

Firstly, let me identify several type of gays.

1. Manly gay. This kind of gay look and act like any normal macho man. You won't know he's gay unless he tells you. He can also be bisexual. Definitely dangerous because you can't tell and if you, a woman, end up with such a man, you will be humiliated when you find out your partner is gay or bisexual. Gay because he thought he can straight and bisexual because he has sexual urges to both men and women.

2. Transvestites. Dresses and does his make up like a woman. Act and walk like a woman. Some undergo penis removal, some don't.

3. Look like a man, act like a woman gay. This kind of gay, doesn't wear makeup or dresses like a woman. But he walks, acts and talks like a woman. They like to do that irritating thing with their "hand" when they talk. When a girl does it, it makes her look like snobbish biatch but when a man does it, it's soo gay because only a woman will do it.

4. Soft spoken gay. This type may or may not be gay. But most probably will be gay especially if he looks like a "pretty boy". Some men are so soft spoken that it will make you think either he's way too well mannered and gentleman OR he's gay. This kind of man can be bisexual too.

Every time i'm at a shopping mall, i will at least see MINIMUM one man who will walk and talk like a woman. In addition to that, i will see at least ONE TRANSVESTITE working in one of the boutiques in a shopping mall. They are most commonly seen at the perfume department. And they are very common working at Body Shop and Elianto. One thing i can praise about them is that they are good promoters.

Religion wise, homosexuality is WRONG. Prophet Lut's story says so. Sure, religion tells us not to condemn and degrade people, and we shouldn't discriminate against the gays but we definitely SHOULDN'T ACKNOWLEDGE their rights. There shouldn't be gay marriage and gay partners shouldn't be recognised as a spouse at law. Doing so will only encouraged them.

As straight people, we shouldn't prevent them from entering the mosque, church, temple or any other place of worship just because of their perverted sexual orientation. Of course, as a respect to the religion, gay people shouldn't parade their gayness in such places. They can do their gay stuff in private. Its like, you don't dress like you are going to clubs to places of worship out of respect.

I prefer those times when gay is so taboo that nobody dare talks about it and people won't go around admitting they are gay and media will never try to touch on the topic of gay. But NOW, everything is all about GAY. Gay this, gay that. Every drama series i watch, they are gays. GAY MEN. Like Glee and True Blood. There will be one character who champions the role of gay.

The issue of gay is like the issue of prostitute. Both of these are morally wrong. But yet you have some countries legalizing prostitution because some idiots think that legalizing prostitution will make women "safer" in the sense they won't be sexually abuse and if they are abused, they can launched a complaint since prostitution is legal. Why do i find this argument bullshit?

In contract, if you enter into an illegal transaction and you KNOW ABOUT IT, you have to bear the consequences, in other words you won't be awarded any remedy. one of the maxims of equity is that "equity will not permit a party to profit by his own wrong".

Aside from that, the prostitute can just sue for battery or assault, who cares whether you commit and offence? If a police catches a thief and he brutally abuses the non violent thief, that will still amount to police brutality and the police can be liable for it and he can't say in defence that the guy was a thief. So really, i don't see the point of legalizing prostitution. When you legalize it, people will think it's ok to do prostitution and to sleep with a prostitute. Do you like the idea of a prostitution as a career? Do you want to hear "mommy, daddy, i want to be a prostitute one day and be very talented and professional in sex!".

Even without religion, common sense will tell you gay/homosexuality is wrong. A relationship is meant to be between a man and a woman because only thru this, you can produce a child and society will increase in population and human race can continue.

Imagine if this is not a modern world and there is no technique of in vitro fertilization, a gay men couple can not have a child of his own unless one of the man has SEX with a woman and that woman carries his child (and that child only has his own genes alone). I don't know, is it infidelity in the gay world if one of his/her partner have sex with the opposite sex? The same goes for lesbian couple.

You see, if a relationship consists of a man and a woman, they can produce a child and the child has both of his/her parents genes. This is common sense telling you why gay is wrong.
